Mark Cuban was fined $500K by the NBA for berating officials and tweeting and yelling and being a clown. The NBA is mad and sent a 3-page letter addressing this all (0:47). Chris Sale was diagnosed with a flexor strain in his pitching elbow, but guess what? He's going to need Tommy John surgery and this is why (8:00).
