Additionally, 15 properties have come back on the market, 41 are now active under contract, and 57 are pending, progressing toward final sales. It’s also worth noting that 62 properties have successfully closed escrow, demonstrating a healthy turnover in our local market. On the other end of the spectrum, 10 listings expired, 8 were canceled, another 8 are on hold, and 2 were withdrawn, showcasing the variety of outcomes in current listings.
