MaroonBlack is an action packed story that everyone can relate to. It is set in present day Jamaica but centres around a fictional group called the MaroonBlack who fights against Duppy, and other supernatural entities from Jamaican folklore. Whenever they were able to get a hold of a comic, the setting was always in other countries and they yearned for something more familiar.
