Today's guest, Martina Gruppo, shares her story of an alcoholic mother that created behaviors in her that then developed into a way of life and it eventually led her to a long term relationship with a man who was a narcissist and the abuse that entailed. For more than a decade, she was manipulated and lied to and accepted torturous forms of psychological abuse doled out because they were served up with a loving smile.
