Sharing Her Dementia Journey To Help You Lori La Bey talks with Mary Jo Belmont, who, at the age of 74, wrote and self-published her first book, Our Dementia Journey and Beyond, curated from the journals she kept while caring for her husband, Jack, for 50+ years. He passed on September 18, 2021, from Lewy body dementia, vascular dementia, and Alzheimer’s dementia.
