Mastering the thoughts that create

We create with the focus of our attention.  More specifically we create with the thoughts we have.  Every thought has an energy or emotion tied to it.  Acting on that thought increases the experience of that emotion in our life.  Hence, if we only act on thoughts that have emotions we want more of in our life, we'll have more of those emotions. Some of our thoughts are conscious and some are unconscious.  We can tell which thoughts are determinate in our life by looking at our life with the understanding that it is a reflection of our thoughts.     I am recognizing more and more ways to share with a larger audience the joy and wisdom I am.  This tells me I have a growing acceptance of my own value and capacity to consciously create.  I act on opportunities to share my inspiration and energy as I become aware of them.  The reason I love coaching so much is the flow of energy, joy and wisdom that accompanies my coaching.
