Amanda Hunter, Founder and CEO, of Everlasting Wellness LLC, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) Therapist. Amanda was the first PMH-C in Berks County. She also held the PSI Support Coordinator for Berks and Schuylkill Counties linking women and their families to resources in the community for 3 years. Amanda has intensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Grief and Loss, Infertility, Depression, and Anxiety. Amanda has worked with most populations and all ages. Amanda has therapeutic experience in schools, hospitals, doctor offices, outpatient settings, foster care, hospitalization programs (adult and children), in-home services and home health care agencies. Amanda also offers a free support group supporting mothers with anxiety, depression, stress, etc. Amanda’s main goal is to make it known that people who are struggling with mental health disorders or struggling to make it through each day, are not alone and can feel better, with help and support. Amanda has personal and professional experience with Perinatal (Pregnancy and Postpartum) Mood and Anxiety Disorders a.k.a PMADs, struggling with Perinatal Anxiety and OCD during her pregnancy and postpartum journey. She now has a wonderful husband and two young boys who she loves dearly. Everlasting Wellness mission statement is to bring knowledge, support and care to women of all ages, backgrounds and experiences, where women feel comfortable, heard, supported and cared for mentally and physically.
