Joining us today is American Pro Triathlete Matt Hanson who is a 5x IRONMAN Champion and 4x 70.3 champion. Matt also runs the Matt Racing Tri team where he helps coach Age Group Triathletes, so Matt is known to be a very articulate and well spoken athlete that can teach us age groupers a lot – which is why were having him on the podcast for the second time!
