Uncertainty remains over how much say Pegasus residents will have in the proposed redevelopment of their golf course. Wolfbrook Properties plans to turn the 80-hectare site into new housing. Nearly 1000 residents packed a community meeting last night to discuss next steps, and raise fears of limited public consultation.
