There are moments where everything begins to press in. Thoughts overlap. Responsibilities gather. And what felt manageable earlier now feels heavy. I feel that. But I do not carry it alone. I come to You. You do not ask me to push harder—you invite me to come closer. Not with strength, not with answers—but with honesty. So I bring this weight to You now. I release it into Your hands.  I release the pressure.  I release the need to hold everything together. I release it. And in its place, You give rest. Not distant rest, not temporary relief—but a deep, steady rest that settles within me. You quiet what feels loud. You steady what feels unsettled. You restore what feels drained. My mind returns to peace. My thoughts slow. My heart settles again in You. Even here, in the middle of this day, I find space to breathe. I am not overwhelmed. I am held. Jesús, en medio del cansancio, encuentro descanso en Ti.  Jesus Cristo, no meio do cansaço, encontro descanso em Ti.  Jesus, Inihahagis ko sa Iyo ang lahat ng bigat ko ngayon. From São Paulo to Dallas, from Nairobi to Madrid, across every place carrying weight today, You are present. You are restoring. You are giving rest to Your people. So I pause. I breathe. And I continue from a place of peace. In Your name, Jesus, I am restored, I am steady, and I am at rest.
