The middle of the day can sometimes reveal what the morning managed to hide. The responsibilities are still there. The unanswered questions may still remain. The pace of life continues moving forward. And perhaps you are beginning to realise how much you have been carrying. Not only in your hands. But in your heart. Before the day continues, allow yourself a moment to stop striving. You do not have to hold everything together. You do not have to solve every problem today. God invites you to rest in His presence. Father, thank You that You understand the burdens I carry. Thank You that I never need to pretend to be stronger than I feel. Jesus, stay close beside me. Help me release the pressure I place upon myself. Help me stop measuring my worth by my productivity. Help me receive the rest that only You can give. Lord, refresh my spirit. Renew my perspective. Strengthen my heart for the remainder of this day. Across the world, many people are quietly carrying burdens that others cannot see. From Houston to Adelaide, from Christchurch to Singapore and Bogotá, may weary hearts discover that God's invitation remains open, His presence remains gentle, and His rest remains available. Jesús, renueva mis fuerzas y dame descanso. Jesus, renova meu coração e traz-me descanso. Jesus, bigyan Mo ako ng kapahingahan at kapayapaan. Father, I place my burdens into Your hands. And I receive Your rest. Amen.
