You do not need to keep carrying everything alone. Father, in the name of Jesus, I come to You now. You see the tiredness within me. You see the pressure I have been holding quietly. Jesus, help me slow down and rest in Your presence. I release the tension in my thoughts. I release the weight I have carried through this day.  I place every burden into Your hands. And now, I choose to breathe deeply and receive Your peace. Quiet my mind. Steady my heart. Restore my strength gently. Jesus, remind me that rest is not weakness. Help me continue through this day with calmness, wisdom, and trust. Jesus is with you now. Across the world, people are pausing in the presence of God. From Jakarta to Nairobi, from Chicago to Santiago and Cebu City, Jesus is bringing peace to weary hearts. Jesús, descanso en Tu presencia. Jesus, encontro descanso em Ti. Jesus, nagpapahinga ako sa piling Mo. Father, I trust You completely. Through Jesus Christ, renew my heart and mind.
