Matthew Raidbard - Author of "Lead Like a Pro" - Episode 531

Matthew Raidbard is the author of the new book, Lead Like a Pro. He is also the Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director for Administration, Compliance, and Student-Athlete Success at the University of Hartford.Matthew was previously a college basketball coach for more than a decadeAfter graduating from Indiana University, his first college basketball coaching job was at Western New Mexico University. After leaving Western New Mexico, Matthew served as a men’s basketball coach at Dartmouth College, Florida Gulf Coast University, and Chicago State University. While working at Chicago State he completed his Doctorate in Educational Leadership, where his dissertation focused on determining the best leadership style and behaviors for athletic coaches to practice.
