May 5 Liberal Ugly Art and ComedyWhy is it that almost everything the liberals touch becomes coarser, uglier, meaner? From comedy to art, it's all worse. Maybe they're changing things not because they dislike them, because of moral judgment. They don't look at something as unpleasant, but they look at it as wrong or evil, and they respond by making something that they dislike into something ugly and evil. During the Civil War, most of the generals that fought for the South neither owned slaves nor were fighting for slavery. They were fighting against Northern aggression, and many of them were strong Christians. But now, their statues have been taken down, and many of them have been cut up and made into something grotesque. Late-night comedy, which used to be funny, is made into something ugly and grotesque.
