Maybe its not fear of change?

from Always Better than Yesterday with Ryan Hartley | A Podcast for Heart Centred Leaders · host Ryan Hartley

As someone who is inspired by creating a better future, I’ve usually had a good relationship with change. Being young in service, I often got frustrated by those who resisted or feared change. The more I’ve grown as a heart-centred leader, the more I’ve come to realise that it isn’t always a “fear” of change but more a desire for things to remain the same. Not everyone sees the need for change. Some people are happy with things the way they are now. 💡 Little tip for change managers: If you want to take these people with you on that journey of change, forget trying to convince them of the need for change or the benefits of that change, just simple let them know what aspects will remain the same. Less frustration. More compassion. Are you responsible for change? What are your thoughts on this? What works well in your world? 💙 #change #leadershipdevelopment #changemanagement
