Mbhele's Confident Court Will Halt NFP’s Mbali Shinga's KZN Legislature removal

The Pietermaritzburg High Court is today hearing an urgent interdict from expelled National Freedom Party (NFP) chairperson MbaliShinga, who is seeking an urgent court interdict to halt her removal from the provincial legislature. Shinga is challenging her expulsion and wants the Pietermaritzburg High Court to prevent the Speaker from swearing in NFP president Ivan Barnes as her replacement. Bongiwe Zwane spoke to legal representative of Mbali Shinga, Sthembiso Mbhele
