Mike Maddox shared his story of running and operating a company called ASK, an IT and cyber security company, which experienced 10x growth over 10 years, but also faced chaos and frustration, and eventually implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to get the business healthy and aligned, and was later acquired by a large multinational company 01:14. Mike's experience with EOS and his acquisition led him to start coaching other businesses, and he eventually got his franchise to coach clients, with the goal of helping other business owners achieve successful exits and grow their business value 04:44.
