MedAire's Monthly Aviation Security Update - June 2026 with Adele Dunlop, Security Specialist, Aviation & Maritime

On today's agenda, we will be covering several developing situations pertinent to the aviation community. The first topic we will discuss is the ceasefire and the continued breaches across the Middle East, around the Gulf nations and cross-border violations between Israel and Lebanon, as well as the continued overnight issues between Israel and Iran and discuss the effects these are having on flight operations in the region. After which we will, and linked to Russia-Ukraine, we will look at the spill over into neighboring countries in Europe, which are becoming increasingly affected by drone incursions into non-conflict airspaces.
