Meditate Stress Away with The Adventures of Super Stretch

Do you ever get stressed? You've probably heard an adult say, "Wow, I'm really stressed out" That is there way of saying my body and mind feels ‘yucky’ but kids like you also have lots of things going on in their lives that can cause stress, too. Stress might feel like not sleeping, being sad, sad, angry, tummy ache, worried…. The meditation we are going to do together offers your body and your mind a skillful solution to relax and let go of the yucky feelings. When we pay attention and focus our minds on something, as simple as doing NO THING, it can make us feel really good and relaxed that we can release all of the icky, negative feelings! Let's join them for a meditation to find calm. Take a deep breath in, and AHhhhhhhhh… a deep breath out.
