"I embrace my journey with trust and joy and love. I say yes to soul. I say yes to me. I am capable of my soul’s calling. My heart is at peace with transitions and change. My heart is at ease with transitions and change. My body and mind are content for all I need is inside me. "I slip into my skin every morning, with delight and ease. I commune with the world. I can be anything I desire to be simply by knowing its truth, and then becoming it. Everything I need is here, inside of me. I am at home with myself, I am at home within myself. "I inspire myself and others by doing my best, moment by moment. I am a brave, hopeful seed of Joy. The doorway to Joy lies within me.
