Meditation and Acceptance

from Embodied and Awake

Meditation is a life-changing practice that is accessible to all. The power of a consistent practice has infinite benefits and is an opportunity to drop deeply into the truth of who you are. It is an access point to yourself. We naturally look outwards for that affirmation of our existence, our worthiness, and the acceptance of who we are. When we choose to sit with ourselves regularly, we build an inner muscle of strength, resiliency, and the platform for unconditional acceptance of who we are and our lives on the whole. Today's podcast episode is a candid and personal account of the benefits of meditation practice as well as a sharing of how meditation can truly serve one in the most rattling of moments.   ABOUT ALISON ROTHMAN Alison Rothman MA, host of Embodied and Awake, has been a devoted meditator for nearly a decade.
