The staff at Site 69 are alerted of an anomalous gas mask that has appeared in a park. The person wearing it appeared out of nowhere, and ran away. The gas mask appears to be a specific soviet style gas mask, no longer in use. However, once someone puts on the mask, they are transported to a horrifying alternate dimension. This dimension is filled with nightmarish creatures and structures.  What is the deal with this gas mask? Where does it take people? What are these creatures in the alternate dimension?
