Meet Alyssa

from Fit For Motherhood

In this episode we are getting to know Alyssa, co-host of Fit For Motherhood.   Alyssa lives in Chicago with her husband and two toddlers (3 & 2). They recently bought a 1950s home on the northwest side and are in the process of renovating it.  Please send help or any decorating tips her way.   She works part-time as a pediatric oncology nurse treating kids with neuroblastoma. She is also a certified holistic health and life coach and the owner of Grounded Roots Coaching. Alyssa loves working with women of all sizes and stages of life, but her area of specialty is coaching women in their first year or two postpartum.   Alyssa also has a passion for clean beauty and household products. If you're interested in learning more you can check out her Beautycounter page at www.beautycounter.com/alyssayost.   When not working you'll find Alyssa spending time with her husband and kids.  Their current favorite place is the Lincoln Park Zoo trying to spot the new baby rhino.   She has been blessed with an amazing community of moms around her, and one thing she has learned is that motherhood is not something to tackle alone.  We need each other!   If you liked this episode of Fit for Motherhood, please tell your friends!
