#30: In this episode, Emily and Becca interview Lindsey Rucks Pettit, a fourth generation Dairy farmer in Florida. Or more commonly known as the South Florida ice cream queen as we like to call her! Lindsey shares her story of growing up on their family dairy farm and what led them to build an ice cream and milk bottling  business. Along with how she comes up with such unique and amazing flavors (they have over 60 flavors!!). We wrap it up with Lindsey explaining how agritourism and “agritainment”  has helped build their business, and how she does all of this while also stepping into her role as a newer mom.
