Meet Us in the Laundry Room - Daisy Haites Review

This week on Lost in Fiction, Emily and Alex dive into Daisy Haites by Jessa Hastings, the second book in her toxic yet gripping Magnolia Parks Universe. The story is packed with another messy love triangle, baby gang lords on every corner, and a questionable redemption arc that leaves them wondering if they actually like Christian now? They discuss the sweet moments of ikea dates, the intrusion of footnotes that might be more distracting than clever, and whether the parallel timelines added some much-needed perspective. It’s a book that has some compelling moments, but it’s hard to say if it completely pulls them in or leaves them hoping for something more. Book Club Link
