達邦國小位於嘉義縣阿里山鄉，以鄒族的學生為主，林進富校長專訪中提到，達邦國小的孩子很幸福，因為生活在鄒族文化保留最完整的達邦部落與特富野部落，這兩個部落對於鄒族文化的傳承與保存相對積極且完整，因著這樣的條件與優勢，達邦國小也身負傳承鄒族文化重要的使命，   達邦國小於107學年度申請為民族實驗小學，經過一年的籌備與討論，108學年度正式成立民族實驗小學，從達邦國小校園的設計理念便可以看出學校如此看重鄒族文化的教育理念與精神，達邦校園的設計採用鄒族部落共有且單一的神聖空間－庫巴干欄式建築的外在框架。庫巴是鄒族聖所、傳統部落的政治、經濟、宗教活動中心，也是進行教育、訓練、文化傳承與商議部落大事聚會場所。學校由外而內精心規劃鄒族學習場域，以鄒族文化核心價值-獵人精神貫穿於課程設計中。汪啟德頭目也表示，文化傳承是大家都很努力在進行與推動的使命，部落對於達邦國小成為實驗教育學校是非常肯定的，只要學校有需要，部落的族人都非常願意提供協助。因為有許多家長也為了陪伴孩子一起認識自己的文化，所以也跟著孩子一起學習並重新認識鄒族文化，這是非常值得開心的事！明年要慶祝120歲生日的達邦國小，雖然校內教師源和比例各占一半，但學校與部落作結合，讓耆老走進校園，也讓文化進入每個孩子的生命當中！ #每周三更新 #更多教育現場請鎖定教育非知不可官方臉書 ----- Apple｜Spotify｜Google｜KKBOX｜Firstory｜SoundOn 搜尋訂閱：Education聽教育 ----- ▍教育電臺 ▍官網:https://bit.ly/39ISswV ▍粉絲團:https://bit.ly/nerpodcastlink ▍線上收聽:https://bit.ly/3cyxBhE Powered by Firstory Hosting
