This is where the journey began! I am so excited to hear about the work he is doing with young men and programs he is putting together to help change the next generation. Duncan has spent the last few years going within and working on himself to create a better life experience for himself and his beautiful family. Duncan openly shares his experience in men's circles and how they have transformed his life and the lives of many men who get together and share the good, the bad and the ugly. They are vulnerable and supportive and they see how they can heal in a way that is powerful whilst still being masculine.
