When dealing with social anxiety, we avoid any social situations that may provide embarrassment and perceived humiliation. Thus in turn, this leads to isolation and overall loneliness. Social Anxiety may lead to Panic Attacks as well. One of the ways to help combat Social Anxiety is therapy.
