In today's topic for the Mental Health Monday's segment will focus on Trauma Compatibility. We've all heard the saying of 'Like Attracts Like." But when we are dealing with our unaddressed traumas, the same saying still applies. Today's topic will discuss an overview of what trauma is and how it affects us; physically, cognitively, and emotionally. When we are dealing with our unaddressed traumas, we attract those that are on the same wavelength and speak the same language.
