Mental Health Monthly Theme: Effects of Childhood Trauma in Our Adult Lives.

In this solo episode, I would like to introduce the theme for January on The Transform Your Mind Podcast. I know we are almost at the end of the month, but I wanted to explain why I grouped these women together.
