Seeing where Artyom's journey takes him this time to figure out exactly what the Dark Ones truly are. And in the end, no one is too sure themselves.This game definitely expands the lore of the land with more emphasis being put on the 3 major factions of the world. The gameplay gets dialed in and the pacing smoothed out through the level design. Though they still like to try and screw you on the surface with those filter reloads. All and all, good times are still had, and the new monsters offer more sights of terror. If you dig the good story telling era of FPS games from that Xbox 360 era, this one offers quite a journey.
