Right when you thought we were gone forever here we are again! Metroline Podcast is still alive :) We only took a (well deserved) break because we were busy restyling both Metroline and Retrometro. Job done by the way, both labels have a new (great) look. For our welcome back podcast we have a 3 decks techno mix by Patrick Bolton. Patrick is a bristol based producer and Dj and one of the founding members of Apologue recordings. Techno is forever evolving and so Patrick has tried to evolve with it, creating tracks which are based on the elements that have influenced him over the past decade and more, believing there is always room to develop further and push what can be done with electronic music Hi creations contain experimental elements, without compromising on dancefloor appeal, and the same can be said for his Dj sets. After trying various set ups, and toying with new technology for a while, he has settled on a happy medium, combining traktor scratch and 3 turntables, which is what was used for this mix.
