MFP 068: The Product Process with Jonathan Katz-Moses

Today we’re talking with a product maker, but of a little different variety. Jonathan Katz-Moses invented and produces his own dovetail jig that he now sells worldwide. We’ll talk to Jonathan about taking ideas to products, how he built the processes around it, and how he exclusively uses social media and influencer marketing to drive the sales funnel. Jonathan started his product business a little over 3 years ago. where he was producing his products himself out of his own personal shop. He now has multiple employees, and sells hundreds of products per month and continues growing rapidly. He has started production on a second product and also has 5 more in the works .
