from Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper · host Reverend Ben Cooper

Send us your feedback — we’re listening Micah 6:8 — “What Does the Lord Require of You? A Prayer for Living Faithfully in a Troubled World” Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Three Prayer Themes: Faithfulness • Mercy • Purpose Scripture — Micah 6:8 (NIV) “To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” Prayer There are moments when the world seems to ask more questions than we have answers for. You may be trying to make a wise decision, wondering what to do next, or simply asking God how to live faithfully when so much around you feels uncertain. Micah reminds us that God has already shown us what is good: to act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with Him. Jesus, You do not call us to have every answer before we take the next step. You call us to walk with You. We pray for people in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda. Give families wisdom, give leaders integrity, give workers patience, and give those facing difficult choices the courage to do what is right. Holy Spirit, keep our hearts humble when we are tempted to react quickly or speak harshly. Jesus, make our faith practical today. Let justice shape our choices, mercy shape our words, and humility shape the way we treat people. When we disagree, keep love alive. When we are frustrated, keep compassion alive. When we feel overwhelmed by the condition of the world, remind us that faithful living still matters. We do not need to carry the whole world on our shoulders. We simply need to be faithful with the person in front of us, the decision before us, and the opportunity You place in our hands. So lead us, Jesus, into a day of quiet obedience. Help us become people who bring light rather than more noise, mercy rather than more division, and hope rather than despair. Amen. Blessing: May Jesus guide your choices today and make your life a quiet expression of His love and mercy.
