A class to move into the body and just feel good. Allow yourself some time for your practice, for you, because you are worth it. A sequence that is mostly standing we will explore a bit of breath and movement and longer holds to build a bit of strength while breathing in a feeling of calm and ease. No props required for this class although a block is always nice :) As with any movement practice, you know your body best. Always feel free to modify, to take what you need, and leave out what you don't. If you are unsure if a movement based yoga practice is right for you please consult your health care provider before beginning this or any other movement based activity. Take care my friends!
