Now, don’t forget the meeting.’ ‘What meeting?’ ‘With Joe’s teachers!’ ‘Ah, yes, I might not be able to make it. I’m doing interviews again—’ ‘What’s more important? Your teachers or Joe’s teachers?’ ‘Er—’ ‘Don’t answer that. Come on! I thought you said you were in a hurry?’ ‘Forget something?’ ‘Pendrive.’ ‘What about your briefcase?’ ‘Oh, I suppose I’d better take that as well. Just in case. Ha! Just in case.
