La trentesima edizione del Miart si è chiusa domenica scorso nel capoluogo lombardo con numeri in crescita: in questo contesto ha trovato spazio anche l’eyewear, protagonista di alcune opereNonostante la contemporaneità con Art Week e le svariate anticipazioni del Fuorisalone, la trentesima edizione di Miart, la fiera internazionale d'arte moderna e contemporanea, dal 17 al 19 aprile a Milano, ha avuto un grande successo. Nella nuova sede della South Wing di Allianz MiCo ha ospitato 160 gallerie di 24 paesi. Con il titolo di New Directions, la fiera s’ispira al modello creativo del jazz che fa dialogare improvvisazione e linguaggi del passato e contemporanei. Come sempre, tre le sezioni, Emergent con le ultime tendenze, Established con le proposte moderne e contemporanee in svariati settori, dalla pittura alla ceramica, dalle opere tessili alla fotografia. E infine, al piano superiore, l’Established Anthology con un dialogo tra le gallerie dei grandi maestri del Novecento e le proposte di artisti di nuova generazione.​Tra gli Emergent nella Balcony, la Kali Gallery di Lucerna ha presentato i lavori di giovani artisti tra i quali lo svizzero Jason Rohr con un’opera che richiama il Déjeuner sur l’herbe di Manet con solo donne e, quasi a fare da filtro al gruppo, sovrapposto un enorme paio di occhiali (nelle foto, in alto, a destra). Alla Wizard Gallery di Milano tra gli Established, una montatura nera classica è indossata da una donna, ma su una lente è posato, minaccioso, un ragno (nelle foto, in basso, a destra). Il ritratto è dell’artista italo-svizzero Danilo Buccella, classe 1974. Proprio accanto, nello stand della 193 Gallery di Parigi, con sedi a Saint Tropez e Venezia, Thandiwe Muriu, fotografa originaria del Kenya, ritorna con le foto delle sue modelle, “inserite” in una tappezzeria africana che, come occhiali, portano una svolazzante sciarpa con frange o una farfalla a più ali (nelle foto, a sinistra).Luisa Espanet
