È partita il 17 giugno la quarantatreesima edizione rievocativa della competizione automobilistica: 430 gioielli a quattro ruote percorreranno, fino a sabato 21 giugno, 1.900 chilometri da Brescia a Roma e ritorno. Alla corsa la maison svizzera di alta gioielleria ha dedicato una limited edition eyewear realizzata da De RigoLa magia della Mille Miglia rivive nel nuovo occhiale Chopard Classic Racing SCHL82. Dal 1988, anno in cui Chopard è diventato partner principale e cronometrista ufficiale della competizione, la maison svizzera e il mondo dell’automobilismo condividono un legame indissolubile, fondato su valori come passione ed eleganza.«Questo occhiale da sole, realizzato da De Rigo per Chopard, rende omaggio alle auto che hanno fatto la storia delle competizioni tra il 1927 e il 1957 – si legge in una nota di Chopard - L’edizione è limitata a 299 pezzi numerati, con un richiamo al numero di registrazione dell’auto con cui Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, co-presidente di Chopard, prese parte alla sua prima Mille Miglia».Ogni dettaglio del Classic Racing SCHL82 evoca i colori e le linee delle auto che hanno reso grande la corsa. «Il legno di noce canaletto, che riveste il frontale e le aste, richiama il colore degli interni delle vetture d’epoca, mentre le incisioni sugli inserti in metallo, ispirate al pattern degli pneumatici, aggiungono un tocco dinamico e distintivo – prosegue il comunicato - A completare il design, le cerniere flessibili integrate, mentre le lenti minerali polarizzate Barberini, nella tonalità grigio-blu, garantiscono una visione nitida e riducono l'affaticamento visivo».Placcato in oro 23 carati, il Classic Racing SCHL82 è accompagnato da un packaging esclusivo (nella foto) ed è disponibile presso le boutique Chopard e in selezionati negozi di ottica.
