Those of us who've experienced depression , anxiety , PTSD , or any other mental setback knows what it feels like in those exact moments. Those moment when you feel #TrappedInTime. Not knowing what to expect next to the point you begin to question your own existence. Maybe some of you never been that deep but feel yourself slipping slowly. Look its ok.
