We focus on Mindfulness for life as we reach the milestone finale of Season One of the podcast. It’s a perfect opportunity to reflect on the journey so far, as we have explored the themes of an 8-week mindfulness course together, and how we can intentionally create conditions to maintain our meditation practice and enable mindfulness to flourish in our lives. And of course, I share some suggestions from previous course participants. Research suggests that one thing that really supports us in maintaining meditation is practising in a group.
