In a busy world that seems to demand more and more of our attention everyday, falling asleep can often be a challenge. If you find yourself in this wired-tired state, Catherine Polan Orzech offers some great insight into how we can practice mindfulness throughout our day in order to get better sleep. By building a compassionate interest in ourselves, we can begin to treat ourselves with more friendliness and avoid creating additional layers of suffering for ourselves in the times when sleep just isn't happening.
