Mindsets for Life

from Building Championship Mindsets · host Guaranty Broadcasting Company

On this week's episode of the Building Championship Mindsets podcast, Dr. Amber Selking shares how repeated thoughts create protein patterns that shape our brain's wiring, akin to the way lifting weights builds muscle. She draws parallels between scientific principles and scripture, highlighting that setting our minds on positive, spirit-driven thoughts can lead to life and peace, while negative thinking can result in anxiety and confusion.
