Could this be connected to an emotion I haven’t fully processed? If this sensation had a message for me, what would it say?Allow yourself to release. If you feel emotions rise, let them. You might cry, sigh or feel a shift in your body.End with gentle movement - roll your shoulders, stretch or shake out any lingering tension.Write about what came up for you.
