In this episode, I explore a few misconceptions about the idea of managing our mind, based on your feedback on what managing your mind means to you.

Does managing our mind mean controlling all the thoughts coming in?

Does it mean emptying our mind of all thoughts?

Isn't managing our mind like trying to control the clouds in the sky - impossible?

I share what I do to manage my mind every - single - day. Because managing our mind is not a quick fix but a lifelong journey.
