Misconceptions In Fitness with guest Alex Flamenco- Episode #10

from Athletic Definition · host Ray Z

My guest Alex Flamenco talks about him been abused physically, mentally and emotionally from the age of 4 to 12. At 12 he had enough so he ran away for good. The next few years he slept at friend's houses, stolen cars, the elevator engine room and the hallways of the building he called my hood. He had been victimized enough that it became his identity. He walked around feeling sorry for himself, unconsciously doing everything he could to live out this sad story he had become. After believing for so many years that he wasn't shit he realized what a bad ass mother fucker he is and from that point on nothing would stop him. How working out helped him out through his struggles. Listen in for fascinating conversation.
