Michael Foglietta is a Navy Veteran and a neuro-trauma survivor who survived a massive Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) brain rupture in 2003. Having navigated the intense complexities of cognitive and physical recovery firsthand, Michael turned his unique perspectiveinto a mission to help others protect their mental baselines.He created his guided journal ecosystem and a series of highly structured, non-judgmental visual frameworks designed to reduce cognitive fatigue and working memory strain for sudden disability survivors, neurodivergent individuals, and family caregivers.Blending raw military resilience with tactical, low-friction strategies, Michael specializes in helping households move out of overwhelming 'survival mode' and navigate the profound identity shifts that come with life's heaviest transitions.
