Mom and Diddy

Bill, Dan, Kevin and Laura the Organizer join on this episode. Dan has not been in since before Thanksgiving, he tells about the passing of his Uncle and how he will be performing the funeral ceremony. Kevin thinks a homeless man is hanging out around the studio. Kevin tells us that most NHL teams do an annual Mom’s trip where the players Moms come to the teams facilities and they all go on a road trip. The rumor is that during the Chicago Blackhawks Mom’s trip veteran Corey Perry allegedly sletp with young star Connor Bedard’s mom! Corey Perry was cut by the team shortly after this alleged incident, but the team says it has nothing to do with the rumor. The crew debates how you would handle this and looks at the situation from several angles. There have been a lot of things coming out about Sean Combs AKA P Diddy, AKA Puff Daddy, and none if it is good, with lawsuits filed by three woman for abuse and worse. One case with a recent ex of Sean’s has been settled, but his former head of security is saying things on social media that support the women’s claims. Now there are questions resurfacing about the death of his wife in 2018. The stories around Diddy remind Bill of the Ocular Syphilis story from Episode 252 and he has a thoery how that spread. The gang remembers all the failed late night shows from Pat Sajak, Alan Thicke, Rick Dees, Magic Johnson, Chevy Chase and more. Gwyneth Paltrow and Dakota Johnson were pictured holding hands. Gwyneth’s ex husband, singer Chris Martin, is Dakota’s boyfriend. Dan thinks it is attention grabbing and says when Gwyneth got married again her ex Chris Martin walked her down the aisle. Bill did say he couldn’t do that, it wouldn’t feel right for him. Laura said she did go out for a drink with her ex husbands girlfriend to fill her in on the kids, it can be done. Danny tells us he made a promise to himself after his hospital scare, but he does seem to break it talking about the Bills. Elon Musk’s interview about twitter advertisers leaving brings up the discussion of eff you money verus eff me money and where Bill first heard the term.
