Hey guys, we're back with some really "tuneful" singing and lots of waffly chat. Are you excited? Same, lol. In this weeks episode we're chewing the fat on all sorts from our song of the moment (a smidge anti-climatic given Jess's mic issue that we didn't know was an issue until post-record), to motherhood, discipline to exercise (yes, again - what can we say?
