Monday Mocha with Matthew Bivens

from The Ginni Show

Matthew Bivens is a fellow podcaster and is all about helping others get abundance in life.Monday Morning RoutineAt 5:45 in the morning, Matthew needs to take a freezing cold shower, journal his intentions for 30 minutes, do an hour and a half work out, and eat a smoothie bowl. That is he is supposed to start his day everyday. He is tossing all these out because he is more interested in doing what works for him. And what keeps him flowing. All that perfectionist stuff doesn’t serve him.Time When Monday Was DreadedHe hated Mondays when he was in school. He never liked high school very much. In high school, he became more self aware. He became much more self conscious. He became much more judgmental, more critical, all these different things. He remembered very vividly; on Monday mornings, he would see his dog laying in the carpet and thinking, Oh man! I wish I could just be you right now coz I don’t want to go to school. He disliked Mondays. Mondays are the beginning of the grind. The beginning of the 5 days. Unlike now.Favorite Mantra 1. Be awesome.Connect with MatthewInstagramTwitterLinkedIn
