Monday Motivation -mentorship is one of the biggest keys to success

Mentorship is one of the biggest keys to success But how do you find mentors? For me, mentorship is vital, people I could go to and ask for advice. The quality of your mentors is really important - I find author and read their books,listen to podcast and audio classes. because so many people are struggling in their approach to finding mentors, and are ending up disappointed, angry or confused. not reason for that go find authors and books that can mentor you. Don’t ask for mentorship, but follow their work, and be helpful and supportive.  Give, and give more. Be someone who is already actively building his/her career, and is demonstrating that every monday you are ready to pursue your dreams.
